On February 28, the festive event “My Duty to Give Thanks” took place. During the event, a Thanksgiving celebration was organized. The purpose of the event: to explain to students the meaning and importance of Thanksgiving, to create a culture of gratitude, to educate teachers, parents and friends.
On February 14, 2025, during the organization of the methodological director for work with youth of the Kalzhat rural district Z. Tokhtigozhaeva, a meeting was held with a veteran of the Afghan war on the topic “Courage is a legacy to a generation.”
The meeting took place with military personnel of the Ketpen border detachment. Such meetings provide an opportunity for young people, especially border guards, to instill love for the Motherland, courage and patriotism.

An internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out as of December 12, 2022. The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Kalzhat rural district of the Uyghur region" operates
