Forced seizure of land for state needs

1. The proposal of the state body on the seizure of land for state needs;
2. Conclusions of architecture (up to 15 calendar days);
3. Establishment of landowners and land users (up to 15 calendar days);
4. Draft resolution (up to 3 working days);
5. Publication in the media (up to 3 working days from the date of adoption);
6. Direction of notification (Not later than 3 calendar days after publication in the media);
7. Conciliation procedures with the owner of the seized property (within 1 month from the receipt of the notice);
8. Assessment of market value (within 1 month);
9. Preparing a draft contract and sending it to the owner (within 10 business days)

• Payment of compensation by property other than money - a land exchange agreement;
• Referral to court (After three months from the moment of receipt of the notice by the owner;

9.2.1 Payment of compensation for the value of seized property from budgetary funds (Not later than 1 month from the date of signing the buyback agreement or from the day the court decision comes into force);

9.3.1 Consent of the owner with the draft contract (within 20 calendar days);

9.3.2. Forwarding the draft agreement on redemption to Maslikhat for approval (within 1 month);

9.3.3 Payment from budget funds (Not later than 1 month from the date of signing the buyback agreement).
