The state institution "Department of Economics and Finance" of the Sairam district carries out the formation, organization and implementation of state policy in the field of budget execution of the district, the development of a forecast of the socio-economic development of the district, the formation of strategic goals and priorities, the main directions of the socio-economic development of the city district, reporting on execution of the district budget, keeping records of provided budget loans, monitoring and return.
