The state institution "Construction Department" of the Sairam District is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that exercises leadership in the field. The state institution "Construction Department" of the Sairam District carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
