The Public Procurement Office of the Turkestan Region (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) is the sole organizer of public procurement defined by the Akimat of the region, carrying out the procedures for organizing and conducting centralized public procurement of regional significance.
The department carries out centralized public procurement:
1) according to the list of goods, works, services, determined by the authorized body, by creating joint with the customer tender commissions (auction commissions);
2) according to the list of goods, works, services determined by the authorized body, by combining homogeneous goods, works, services into one lot, regardless of the place of their delivery (fulfillment, provision);
3) at the request of customers for the purchase of goods, works, services not included in the lists of goods, works, services determined by the authorized body by creating joint tender commissions (auction commissions) with the customer
