On Administrative Procedures

 This Law is oriented to the establishment of administrative procedures, enabling improvement of the organization of management activity, ensuring of uninterrupted functioning of state bodies, operative adoption of management decisions, compliance with rights and freedom of citizens, protection of state interests, non-admission of using official powers in off-duty purposes by state employees.
