OBJECTIVES

- Formation of a Location Map of SHU of Kazakhstan;

- development of standard models of SHU pavilions;

- development of a procedure for determining a private partner;

- development of the procedure for concluding a PPP contract;

- creating a scheme of interaction between the parties to the PPP agreement on the creation and maintenance of SHU;

- the creation of a mechanism for cost recovery and income generation of a private partner;

- determination of the need to amend the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

STAGES

2019 year

 

  1. Inspection and determination of places of tourist interest, where it is necessary to have sanitary hygienic units (SHU) to ensure a comfortable stay for tourists;
  2. Development of universal models of SSU pavilions;
  3. Formation of recommendations on the implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) for the implementation of PPP projects for the creation and maintenance of sanitary facilities.

 

 

2020 year

 

  1. Amendments to the State Program for the Development of the Tourism Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2025, including the mechanism of programmed PPP by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  2. Approval of the Procedure for determining a private partner and concluding a PPP agreement by order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

 

2020-2025

 

  1. Definition and conclusion of contracts with private partners for the construction and maintenance of SHU (toilet pavilions) as part of the PPP program mechanism.
