Project description

Unified Duty Dispatch Service (UDDS) 112. Informational interaction of the day-to-day management bodies of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations, incl. Unified Duty Dispatch Services of the Local Authorities, as well as operational services, the list of which is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Information and Reference Service (ISS) 109. Reception, registration and processing of messages from individuals and legal entities of information about the fact of an accident in the field of public utilities (heating, water supply, electricity supply, improvement of the urban and local environment) and about any emergencies by calling "109", or other sources that carry information about the threat or fact of emergencies of a natural, technogenic or biological and social nature.

Results(Impacts)

Residents of the East Kazakhstan region receive assistance from emergency services on the principle of "one window". Residents of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk receive the necessary information in a timely manner on issues of public utilities. ISS Under the state of emergency, ISS 109 accepted orders for social delivery of essential goods.
