223 jobs were created. The regional akim's situation center unites streams into a single analytical platform in 11 areas of activity, 3000 indicators, 62 cases, 20 intersystem integrations. An automated data collection was obtained, a minimum of costs for the preparation and processing of reports. On the basis of the center, a unified platform for the integration of 11 services for receiving calls was created, since the beginning of the year more than 45 thousand calls have been registered. A quality assessment system service was introduced for feedback via SMS notifications. Within the framework of the project of the system of photo-video recording and video analytics in Ust-Kamenogorsk, 3,928 cameras of APK "Sergek" were connected, violations are recorded at 159 intersections and linear sections. Since the beginning of the year, 7,040 administrative offenses and 120 criminal offenses have been disclosed using cameras. Reduced crime in public places by 34%, on the streets of the city by 35%, the share of road accidents decreased by 28%.
