Purpose: Guaranteeing the safety and security of the population, emergency response and well-coordinated interaction of operational services to citizen appeals, reducing the time for a comprehensive response in the elimination of emergency situations, rational distribution and use of emergency services resources.

Description: Automation of reception, transmission and processing of calls to emergency services of the region on the basis of a unified information system. The information system is designed for the work of emergency ambulance services, police, fire and rescue services. The system provides for the functionality of each service for call processing, monitoring of vehicles of mobile teams / crews, digital automatic telephone exchange.
