The algorithm of notification by local executive bodies of the population in case of emergency situations at life support and housing facilities, as well as in cases of adverse weather and climatic conditions and measures to prevent and eliminate emergencies
In order to ensure the stable functioning of the population of the region in the event of a shutdown of life support systems (accidents, emergencies, etc.), the following procedure has been defined:
Local executive body and heads of facilities and enterprises of life support and housing and communal services:
- the duty dispatcher of the service provider company brings information about an emergency situation at life support and housing facilities, as well as in cases of adverse weather and climatic conditions to the management of the enterprise, the local executive body, the Department of Emergency Situations and other interested state bodies (the territorial Department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control, the Ministry of Energy, etc.) (in for 15 minutes).
- emergency recovery teams are immediately put on alert (immediately);
- determines the nature and extent of the technological violation (within 15-30 minutes).
- prepare backup life support sources (immediately).
Local executive body:
- organizes immediate notification through the official websites of akimats, social networks (Instagram, telegram channels, etc.) about emergency situations, the scale of accidents and the approximate time of their elimination (up to 30 minutes).
For example: a gust in the water supply system on Abai Street, 200 subscribers in 5 houses were disconnected from the water supply, the approximate time to eliminate accidents is up to 17.00 hours);
- organizes informing the chairmen of the AXIS (KSK, UD) on multi-storey buildings for further transmission of information about the situation through intra-house chats (simultaneously with notification via the website of local executive bodies).
