Statistical activity is carried out on the basis of a statistical work plan approved by the authorized body until November 15 of the year preceding the planned one. In pursuance of the statistical work plan, the authorized body approves the schedule for the respondents to submit primary statistical data and the schedule for the dissemination of official statistical information. The statistical work plan, the schedule for the respondents to submit primary statistics and the schedule for the dissemination of official statistical information are compiled by the authorized body for the coming calendar year, taking into account proposals from government bodies and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. State bodies and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan submit proposals to the authorized body before April 1 of the year preceding the planned year. The authorized body ensures the formation of a statistical work plan, a schedule for respondents to submit primary statistical data, and a schedule for the dissemination of official statistical information up to July 1 of the year preceding the planned year.
