The formation of statistical information is carried out in accordance with the statistical methodology. The statistical methodology for departmental statistical observations and the generation of statistical information is developed by state bodies belonging to state statistics bodies and approved by the authorized body, with the exception of the case provided for in paragraph 3 of this article. The statistical methodology for departmental statistical observations conducted by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for the generation of statistical information by it is developed and approved by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in agreement with the authorized body. The statistical methodology is developed on the basis of scientific methods and approaches, disseminated by state statistics authorities and should be accessible. Intervention of state bodies, their officials, as well as other persons in the formation of a statistical methodology is not allowed.
