Reimbursement of the costs of home education for children with disabilities from among the disabled according to the individual curriculum is paid in the amount of 4 monthly calculated indicators per quarter for each disabled child.
The list of documents required for the provision of public services when the service recipient (or his representative under a notarized power of attorney) applies to the State Corporation:
application form;
1) a document certifying the identity of the service recipient (for identification purposes);
2) conclusion of the psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation;
3) certificate of disability in the form approved by the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 30, 2015 No. 44 "On Approval of the Rules for conducting medical and social Expertise" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 10589);
4) a document confirming the information about the bank account number;
5) a certificate from an educational institution confirming the fact of teaching a disabled child at home (hereinafter referred to as the certificate) in the form.
