According to the «Rules for issuing a single certificate to a rehabilitated person » , approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated April 2, 2015 No. 184) through the State Institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Temirtau» (hereinafter referred to as the“ Department ”), a single sample of certificates shall be issued to the rehabilitated person.
Rehabilitated persons are those who, for political reasons, were expelled from the country, removed from their places of residence or habitat (exile or expulsion), sent to special settlement, forced to work with restricted freedom, as well as other lesions, deprivation or restriction of rights and administrative freedoms, placed administratively or by decision of extrajudicial bodies in psychiatric institutions for compulsory treatment.
To do this, you must apply to the non-profit joint-stock company “State Corporation“ Government for Citizens ”(PSC) from Monday to Saturday inclusive, in accordance with the work schedule from 9:00 to 20:00 without lunch break, except Sunday and public holidays, according to The Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the following documents attached:
1) an identity document (required for identification);
2) a certificate of rehabilitation or a copy of the court ruling (order).
Documents are presented in originals and copies for verification, after which the original documents are returned to the service recipient.
A state corporation shall be issued a certificate to the applicant within five business days from the date of registration of the application.
