A social workplace is created by the employer in agreement with the employment center for the employment of unemployed persons with subsidized wages.
Social jobs are organized in enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership.
Social jobs are created separately outside of permanent jobs and vacancies for permanent jobs. Such jobs may not be created for heavy work, work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions.
Work in social workplaces is temporary. The duration of participation of citizens in social jobs is no more than 12 months.
At the initiative of the employer, in the event of a vacancy and with the consent of the participant, employment for a permanent job is allowed until the end of the term of the concluded employment contract. At the same time, the employer sends a copy of the order for permanent employment to the employment center.
Financing of social jobs is carried out by the employment center at the expense of the republican or local budgets by providing subsidies to compensate part of the employer's labor costs to the unemployed, employed in social jobs.
The monthly amount of salary subsidies for the unemployed, employed in social jobs, including taxes, mandatory social contributions and compensation for unused work leave, excluding payments for environmental allowances, is 35% of the established salary.
Part of the remuneration of the unemployed, employed in social jobs at the expense of the employer, is made by the employer independently, monthly for the time actually worked, based on the amount established by the employment contract.
Depending on the volume and complexity of the work performed, the employer, at its own expense, if necessary, sets additional allowances for the work actually performed.
