The youth practice is designed specifically for the unemployed, among the graduates of educational organizations who have completed their studies in the previous three years, and are not older than 29 years.
Youth practice is organized in enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership. Youth practice is conducted outside of permanent jobs and vacancies for permanent jobs.
The duration of youth practice is no more than six months. The jobs correspond to the profession (specialty) obtained by the graduate in the educational organization. The salary is 25 MCI (72925 tenge).
The direction of the unemployed from among the graduates of the organization of education for youth practice is carried out by the employment centers of the population.
At the initiative of the employer, in the event of a vacancy and with the consent of the participant of the youth practice, it is allowed to find a permanent job until the end of the term of the concluded employment contract.
Financing of youth practice is carried out at the expense of the republican or local budgets, as well as from other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
