Housing assistance is provided to low-income families (citizens) who are permanently registered and live in a housing that is owned as the only housing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to tenants (sub-tenants) of housing from the state housing fund and housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund, whose expenses for housing maintenance, utilities, communication services in terms of increasing the telephone subscription fee exceed 6% of the total family income (for disabled people living alone, under the age of retirement – 4%).
You can apply for housing assistance in the NAO " GC "Government for citizens" (PSC) and on the web portal "e-government" www.egov.kz.
The purpose of housing assistance is carried out from the month of applying for it for a period until the end of the current quarter. The month of application is considered to be the month of submission of the application with the attached documents.
According to the Standard, the list of documents required for the provision of the state service "Assignment of housing assistance" when applying to the service recipient (or his representative under a notarized power of attorney):
1) in the Civil Code "Government for Citizens":
application form:
- the identity document of the applicant (the original is submitted to identify the identity of the service recipient);
- documents confirming the income of the family (with the exception of information obtained from the relevant state information systems);
- a certificate from the place of work or a certificate of registration as an unemployed person (with the exception of information obtained from the relevant state information systems);
- information about the child support for children and other dependents;
- bank account;
- invoices on the amount of monthly contributions for the maintenance of a residential building (residential building);
accounts for the consumption of public services;
- receipt-invoice for telecommunications services or a copy of the contract for the provision of communication services;
Data on identity documents of the applicant; on registered rights to housing; address reference, the document confirming the status of the unemployed citizen, GC "Government for citizens" receives from the corresponding state information systems through a lock of "the electronic government".
When accepting documents, the employee of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" reproduces electronic copies of the documents, and then returns the originals to the service recipient.
