In order to determine the best labor dynasties and production workers, we invite citizens to take part in the republican annual

competition "Enbek Zholy"

 

All employees of enterprises can participate in the Competition (regardless of the industry).

Nominations:

1) "The best Labor dynasty" is a family with the longest work experience in the industry, one organization, representing two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both spouses together with children or grandchildren), having the largest number of awards.

2) "The best young production worker" - the most active and hardworking production worker is selected (with no more than 5 years of work experience);

3) "The best mentor of working youth" - the most highly effective mentor is selected (with at least 20 years of experience).

 

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until July 1 of the current year, the following documents are submitted for participation (in the state or Russian languages):

1) application for participation in the competition in any form indicating the nomination;

2) a copy of the identity card;

3) a video on the topic of the nomination no more than 1-2 minutes (with a demonstration of the workplace and skills, if desired);

4) a computer presentation of no more than 1 minute (in Microsoft Power Point format) about the contestant (work, family, hobby, hobby, etc.);

5) a copy of the work record and other documents confirming the work experience of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee certified by the employer (certificate from the place of work);

6) a letter of recommendation from an employer or a trade union.

* If available (copies of the following documents):

state or departmental awards, diplomas, letters of thanks;

certificates of professional development (if available).

 

Participation in the regional and republican stages is free of charge.
