As part of the additional provision of persons with disabilities with access to transport services since 2014, within the framework of the state social order at the expense of the local budget, in accordance with the Rules for the Provision of Services for the Transportation of Persons with Disabilities by Road, approved by the Order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 1, 2013 No. 859, services are provided to persons with disabilities in need Invataxi (hereinafter referred to as the Rules)
Indications for the provision of Invataxi services are:
Medical indications for the provision of social services for persons with disabilities of the first and second groups who have difficulty in moving and moving in wheelchairs; children with disabilities with limited mobility approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 20, 2005 No. 754 "On certain issues of rehabilitation".
The basis for providing invataxi services to persons with disabilities is the conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued for the period of disability establishment.
To receive the service, a person with a disability must submit the following documents to the organization providing the Invataxi service:
1) application (in any form);
2) a copy of the identity document;
3) the conclusion of the medical advisory commission on form 035-1/y, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6697;
4) a copy of the certificate of disability in accordance with Annex 12 to the Rules of Medical and Social Examination approved by Order No. 44.
As a matter of priority, Invataxi services are provided to working and studying persons with disabilities, according to the work or study schedule. To other persons with disabilities, invataxi services are provided in the order of their treatment.
Invataxi services are provided in accordance with the established List of objects and destinations for the provision of Invataxi services:
1) place of work of a person with a disability;
2) educational institutions of persons with disabilities;
3) local representative and executive bodies;
4) court, prosecutor's office;
5) objects of the social sphere;
6) legal advice;
7) notary;
8) medical institutions (except for cases of urgent (urgent) medical care);
9) airports, railway stations, bus stations, sea and river ports;
10) organizations providing special social services
