Persons with disabilities in need of sanatorium treatment are provided with the state service "Registration of documents for providing disabled people and disabled children with sanatorium treatment" (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
Persons with disabilities or their legal representatives, or persons who have received a power of attorney from them for the right to issue documents, have the opportunity to send an application via:
1) Non–profit Joint Stock Company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (hereinafter - PSC);
2) State Institution "Department of employment and social programs of the city of Sarani";
3) a cellular subscriber device (hereinafter referred to as a subscriber device) is a proactive service;
4) e-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the web portal), if there is an electronic digital signature.
When applying to the PSC or employment departments, the following documents must be submitted: an application, an identity document (for identification), a power of attorney from a person with a disability that does not require notarization (if necessary).
Specialists receive information about the identity document, about the establishment of disability, about the measures developed in the individual rehabilitation program from the information systems of state bodies.
In the absence of information in information systems, copies of paper documents containing the above information are attached to the application.
In the case of applying for Services, persons with disabilities from labor injury or occupational disease must provide an act of an industrial accident that led to disability and information about the termination of the activity of an employer-an individual entrepreneur or the liquidation of a legal entity through whose fault the labor injury or occupational disease was received.
For the convenience of persons with disabilities, self-service corners are equipped in the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Sarani", KSU "Employment Center of the city of Sarani" and in the Saransk branch of the Population Service Center, in the State Institution "Akim's Office of the village of Aktas".
In order to improve the quality of social services and provide rehabilitation facilities, the Social Services Portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) has been launched since January 1, 2021, which is an automated system that allows persons with disabilities to independently purchase vouchers for sanatorium treatment from suppliers at prices guaranteed by the state. Additionally, the Portal provides the opportunity to purchase more expensive vouchers, subject to additional payment by the Recipient of services, when choosing them. To receive services on the Portal, you must have an electronic digital signature (EDS).
Applications submitted by persons with disabilities are sent to the Portal for execution, taking into account the allocated funding for the current year, after that the recipients of services receive an SMS on the phone, about the opportunity to place an order. After placing an order and receiving a positive response from the supplier, a notification confirming the availability of a bed is sent to the Recipient of the service in the personal account.
Spa treatment is provided no more than once a calendar year for a period of no more than fourteen days.
Payment of travel expenses for sanatorium treatment is carried out at the expense of a person with a disability.
Persons with disabilities who received sanatorium treatment in 2022 can apply for the next year after January 1, 2023.
