Open and equal access for all to high-quality public services is one of the main tasks set by the Head of State to the public administration bodies.

A public service is one of the forms of realization of certain state functions carried out individually at the request of service recipients and aimed at realizing their rights, legitimate interests, providing them with appropriate tangible or intangible benefits.

The State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Sarani city" provides 17 public services to the population of Sarani and the village of Aktas, included in the Register of Public Services, according to the areas of activity:

The Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Sarani is constantly working to explain the provision of high-quality public services to individuals, the possibility of obtaining them through the state corporation "Government for Citizens" portal "electronic government", through the portal "Еnbek.kz ", in a proactive format (E-sobes), through the service provider.

The most popular services have become the provision of state targeted social assistance, housing assistance.

Information on the procedure for the provision of public services for service recipients is posted on the official stand, in accordance with the established requirements, and is available for public viewing in the department.

When people with disabilities apply for public services, the specialists of the department create conditions for comfortable acceptance of documents from the applicant. Internal control over the quality of public services is carried out on an ongoing basis. There were no complaints from service recipients regarding the provision of public services. All services are provided free of charge.

Work is underway to explain to the residents of the city about the need to obtain an electronic digital signature for the further possibility of obtaining public services on the portal of "electronic government": egov.kz .
