For the information of employers of the Abay district . On May 4, 2020, the Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Labor Issues"as part of ensuring the transition of personnel records management of enterprises to an electronic format and the development of the system of electronic labor contracts. According to this Law, Article 23 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is supplemented by paragraph 27) with the following content: to enter information about the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with an employee, changes and (or) additions made to it, into the unified system of accounting for employment contracts in the manner determined by the authorized state labor body.
We also inform you that administrative liability is provided for non-compliance with the articles of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
