Dear people with disabilities! In the Abai district, the invataxi service has been provided by the Kazakh Society of the Blind since June 25, 2025. In this regard, the acceptance of documents begins on June 23, 2025. At TD "Real" 5th floor, 1 office (entrance from the court) from 09.00 to 16.00 hours. Invataxi services are provided by LSI in accordance with the Order of the Acting Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 1, 2013 No. 859 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities by road". Indications for the provision of invataxi services are: ) medical indications and contraindications to the provision of individual assistant services in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 288 "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of Individual assistant services for persons with disabilities of the first group who have difficulty moving, in accordance with the individual program habilitation and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 32994); 2) medical and social indications and contraindications to the provision of prosthetic and orthopedic care, technical auxiliary (compensatory) means and special means of transportation in accordance with paragraph 5 of Annex 2 to the order of the Deputy Prime Minister – The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 287 "On Approval of the Rules for providing persons with disabilities with prosthetic and orthopedic care, technical auxiliary (compensatory) means, and special means of transportation in accordance with the individual habilitation and rehabilitation program for persons with disabilities, including the timing of their replacement" (registered in the Register of the State registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 32993); 3) diagnoses of "Autism spectrum disorder F84.0-F84.5", diagnosis of "Mental retardation F70-F79", To receive the service, a person with a disability must submit the following documents to the organization providing the invataxi service: 1) application (in any form); 2) identity document or birth certificate; 3) the conclusion of the medical advisory commission on form 026/u, approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare, as well as instructions for completing them" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 21579); 4) disability certificate in accordance with Appendix 19 to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023 No. 260 "On Approval of the Rules for conducting medical and social expertise" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 32922). The documents specified in subitems 2), 3) and 4) are submitted in originals and copies for verification, after which the originals of the documents are returned to the person with a disability. List of facilities and destinations for providing invataxi services: 1) place of work of a person with a disability; 2) educational institutions of persons with disabilities; 3) local representative and executive bodies; 4) court, prosecutor's office; 5) social infrastructure facilities; 6) Legal advice; 7) Notary public; 8) medical institutions (except in cases of urgent (emergency) medical care); 9) airports, railway stations, bus stations, sea and river ports; 10) organizations providing special social services; 11) organizations that provide massage services for the needs of people with disabilities.
