In January-September 2020, 116 accommodation places engaged in the placement of visitors served 69,531 people and rendered services for 450.7 million tenge.

Of the total number of visitors served, 97.5% were residents and 2.5% were non-residents.

34.7% of visitors stayed at the accommodation for business and professional purposes.

Accommodation facilities have 1,831 rooms, their one-time capacity is 5,644 beds. During the analyzed period, they provided 73 668 bed-days.

In the Imantau-Shalkar resort area there are 31 accommodation places with 561 rooms and a one-time capacity of 1,889 beds. In January-September 2020, the resort area was visited by 17,963 visitors and services were provided to them for 45.7 million tenge.
