including agricultural land – 7,281 thousand hectares (74% of the land fund of the NKR)

of which: arable land – 4,943 thousand hectares,

pastures – 2,027 thousand hectares

lands of settlements – 1,004 thousand hectares

land for industry, transport, etc. – 65 thousand hectares

lands of specially protected natural areas – 135 thousand hectares

forest land – 545 thousand hectares

water fund lands – 143 thousand hectares

reserve land – 631 thousand hectares, including arable land – 12 thousand hectares

deposits – 31 thousand hectares

pastures – 391 thousand hectares

2. In total, agricultural formations operate in the NKR – 3,727

including: LLP – 797 units with area – 5,496 thousand hectares (75%) of agricultural lands of the NKR

Peasant and farm households – 2,905 units with area – 1,663 thousand hectares (23%)

Socio-entrepreneurial corporation – 25 units with area – 58 thousand hectares (1%)

3. Auctions for the sale of lease rights and private property rights were held (as of December 1, 2020) – 6 auctions on an area of ​​58 hectares (25 plots), the budget received 45 million 787 thousand tenge.

in the Taiynsha district on an area of ​​48.2 hectares (10 plots were sold), the budget received 30 million 870 thousand tenge;

in the Mamlyut district on an area of ​​8 hectares (1 plot was sold), the budget received 1 million 727 thousand tenge;

in the city of Petropavl on an area of ​​1.8296 hectares (14 plots were sold), the budget received 13 million 190 thousand tenge.
