3. Auctions for the sale of lease rights and private property rights were held (as of December 1, 2020) – 6 auctions on an area of 58 hectares (25 plots), the budget received 45 million 787 thousand tenge.
in the Taiynsha district on an area of 48.2 hectares (10 plots were sold), the budget received 30 million 870 thousand tenge;
in the Mamlyut district on an area of 8 hectares (1 plot was sold), the budget received 1 million 727 thousand tenge;
in the city of Petropavl on an area of 1.8296 hectares (14 plots were sold), the budget received 13 million 190 thousand tenge.
including (12 lots for the sale of the right to purchase the lease of land plots on an area of 1.1972 hectares, in the amount of 2 million 148 thousand 120 tenge; 2 lots were sold into private ownership on an area of 0.6324 for the amount of 11 million 041 thousand 704 tenge).
