Roads
The road network of the North Kazakhstan region is 8,996 km, including 1,970 km — republican, 1,983 km — regional, 5,043 km — district significance. That is, the local road network is 7,026 km.
The share of local roads in good and satisfactory condition according to the results of 2020 is 69%, in 2021, it is planned to reach 74%.
For 2021, funds in the amount of 7 823 490 thousand tenge were allocated for regional and district roads, including: from the republican budget 2 004 758 thousand tenge (of which 505 725 thousand tenge — the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan), from the local budget 5 818 732 thousand tenge
Transport
Since 2017, the Department has been working to subsidize socially significant intraregional routes and include them in the List of socially significant communications in the North Kazakhstan region.
Today there are 11 (eleven) socially significant routes in the region.
In the region there is a subsidiary enterprise "Petropavlovsk branch" of FSUE "South Ural Railway" of the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation, with a length of 184.96 km. The 615 km long railway of JSC NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" runs through the territory of the North Kazakhstan region.
Connection
Branch of Kazakhtelecom JSC Regional Directorate of Telecommunications, provides communication services on the territory of North Kazakhstan region. In the structure of the RDT: 13 regional telecommunication centers (including Chkalovskiy and Chistopolskiy district telecommunications centers), a parent enterprise consisting of 10 centers.
