As part of the Year of Children in Kazakhstan, on April 2, a co-working center and the studio of music and poetry were opened at the Children’s Support Center of the Aiyrtau district of the North Kazakhstan region. The opening ceremony of the co-working zone was held in a warm atmosphere. Children played a theatrical performance, read poetry, sang songs. The volunteers presented the students some new children’s books. The idea of creating this cozy place for children belongs to the director of the Center — Kaliyev Elemes Saulenovich. A great contribution to the design and arrangement of the coworking was made by the employees: Shefer Natalya Vladimirovna — Deputy Director of the Center, Beisembaeva Zhanna Akhmetzhanovna — librarian, Varnavina Svetlana Vladimirovna — labor instructor, Belonog Galina Fedorovna — seamstress and many others. In the leisure and reading corner, children can comfortably sit and read some books, play checkers or chess, prepare for debates or just communicate with each other. The Leader of our children’s organization Alexandra Pastushenko spoke on the behalf of all students. “We are very grateful to our President Tokayev Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich, the government, our director Kaliev Yelemes Saulenovich, all teachers and staff for constant care and support. Excellent conditions for development and recreation have been created here for us. This year I am a graduate, and I am sure that I will carry this gratitude through my whole life”, — the girl expressed her feelings.
Opening a music and poetry studio, Shefer N.V. presented to the guests an exhibition of poetic works by Naimantaeva Valentina Magzumovna, who is a prize-winner and nominee of international, republican, regional and district poetry competitions, the owner of the medal “To the 150th anniversary of I. Bunin” from the Russian Union of Writers, and also the author of the book “I Dissolve in the Poetry of life." As the response, Valentina Magzumovna presented one of her works to the audience. Praun Valera read a poem in the character of A.S. Pushkin. Veteran of pedagogical work, guardian — Butorina O.G. told that, while working as an educator in an orphanage, she fascinated children with poetry lessons and plans to continue this work as a mentor in the nearest future. The vocal-instrumental ensemble of the Center "Inspiration" performed a modern song in the Kazakh language, and the girls of the vocal group sang the song "Spring". After that the guests visited a group of day care for preschool children. At the end of the event, the director of the Center Kaliev E.S. noted that such conditions are created for children so that they feel themself at home, develop their creativity, can set high goals and achieve them in the future. "We do not stand still, we try to keep up with the time, we improve the system of activities through modern approaches and methods. This makes it possible for the children to be in a comfortable environment and receive the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for their ages," said Yelemes Saulenovich.
Any arrival of volunteers from the city of Nur-Sultan is always a joyful event for the children of the Center. These caring people, following their spiritual impulses, despite the considerable distance and constant employment (many of them occupy high positions), come to the children to communicate with them, play, give gifts and treat them with delicacies. At this time their regular meeting with our children took place on Saturday April, 2 that is symbolically coincided with the first day of the Muslim fasting of Ramadan. Volunteers spent the whole day with the students, filled with cultural and entertainment program, which included competitions and board games for kids, volleyball and table tennis competitions, a festive dinner, distribution of gifts. We sincerely thank these kind people for their big human heart. May their kindness always return to them as a boomerang of well-being, success and prosperity.
