Complex of preventive measures

On June 13, 2023, in the city of Sergeyevka, Shal Akyn district, within the framework of a project implemented by the Committee for Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Department for Religious Affairs of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region, a complex of general and individual events with various target groups was organized. 

The speakers at the events were members of the Republican Information and Explanatory Group, leading experts in the field of religion: Toyganov Myrzabek Sardarbekuly - psychologist, head of the training center for the training of specialists of the UIS on countering the ideology of extremism of the Academy named after Sh. Kabylbayev, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kostanay; Saduev Rustam Serikuly - regional head of the "Akniyet" and Omarov Turgan Gelmanuly - specialist-theologian of "Akniyet", Akmola region; Sinyakov Oleg Vitalievich - religious scholar of "Center for the Study of Problems of Religion" LLP; Mustafina Tolganai Vagizovna - PhD Doctor of Religious Studies of L. N. Gumilyov ENU; Kenesbaeva Aisha Amankyzy - Islamic scholar of the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture "Nur-Mubarak"; 

Orazbayeva Gulnar Kakenkyzy – Director of "Zerdeli urpak" 

 Soltan Rosa – specialist theologian of KSU "Center for Analysis and Development of Interfaith Relations" Kokshetau;

The following topics were discussed at the event: "Methods of identifying supporters of destructive religious movements", "Prevention of preventing the emergence and spread of destructive religious ideology", "Basic principles of secularism of the state", etc.

Within the framework of the Project, the following target groups are covered by the members of the RIRG: teachers, psychologists, migrants and Candace, athletes, socially vulnerable segments of the population, juvenile police.
