As part of the discussion on the portal of open normative legal acts, a draft decision of the akim of the Chervonny rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region "On the establishment of a public easement" was posted. The project was developed in accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of Article 19 and paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of developing the draft decision is to establish a public easement for Kazaktelecom Joint Stock Company on a land plot for laying and servicing fiber-optic communication lines and telephone sewerage, with a total area of 0.0327 hectares, for a period of 49 (forty-nine) years, located at the address: North Kazakhstan region, Gabit Musrepov district, Chervonny Rural the district, the village of Peski.

On June 7, 2024, in the office building of UK Idil LLP, at 11.00 o'clock, a public discussion was held on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the communal state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Chervonny rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region." Based on the results of the discussion, recommendations were made.
On June 7, 2024, at 11.00 a.m. at the address: 39 Novoselov str., Chervonnoye village, in the office building of the "Adil Management Company", public discussions of the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the KSU "Office of Akim of the Chervonnoye rural District of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region" will be held.
On May 03, 2023, a specialist from the office of the akim of the Chervonny rural district and district inspector Shupanov D.S. in the village of Peski, work was carried out to distribute brochures on the prevention of Internet fraud and offenses, and a conversation was held with store sellers about the sale of alcoholic beverages to citizens under the age of 21.
On April 18, 2023, a specialist of the akimat of the rural district conducted explanatory work on Internet fraud with the teams of UK Adil LLP, employees of FAP, Kazpost, and after the conversation, brochures were distributed.
On February 16, 2023, the district inspector Kabidenov I. and a specialist of the akimat of the Chervonny rural district worked with the owners and sellers of shops on the issue of preventing the sale of alcoholic beverages at night, as well as on Internet fraud.
On October 24, 2023, a conversation was held in the staff of the Akim of the Chervonny rural district on compliance with the requirements of the Law "On Combating Corruption" and the Code of Ethics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On May 13, 2024, a conversation was held in the staff of the KSU "Office of Akim of the Chervonny Rural District of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region" to clarify the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", all state bodies, organizations, quasi-public sector entities and officials are required to combat corruption within their competence.
On May 13, 2024, the acting akim of the Chervonny rural district, Iskakov O.K., held a conversation with the staff to prevent violations of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", and also gave explanations about the consequences that a violation of this Law may lead to.

From May 6 to June 14, 2024, an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the KSU "Office of the akim of the Chervonny rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region" will be conducted in the following areas:
1) identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the district akim's office;
2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the district akim's office.
