There are 2 low-income families (numbering 10 people) and 15 large families living in the Birlik rural district. In the 1st quarter of 2023, the low–income family of Svetlana Alexandrovna Marushkina, living in the village of Starobilka, was assigned targeted social assistance (hereinafter referred to as TSA). In the 2nd and 3rd quarters, the TSA was assigned to the low-income family of Yulia Vitalievna Chabaeva (a person with a disability of group 3) living in the village of Birlik.
According to the "Road to School" campaign, financial assistance was provided in the amount of 148,730 tenge. 14 families are covered.
In Birlik Secondary School and Starobilsk Primary school, all students from grades 1 to 8 are covered with free hot meals – a total of 103 students, including 19 children from large families. Nagashvai Bakhtiar, a 9th grade student living in a large family, is covered by cheaper meals.
Free hot meals are organized by Es Global Agro LLP in the person of Director M.P. Skornyakov.
As part of the month for the Day of the Elderly and People with Disabilities, ES Global Agro LLP provided financial assistance to all socially vulnerable segments of the population, including large and low-income families. In the amount of 1,462 thousand tenge (grocery bags, potatoes, fish).
On June 1, for the Children's Day, ES Global Agro LLP provided sponsorship, animators were invited, sweets, prizes and gifts were given to children for free at competitions. For the first half of 2024, ES Global Agro LLP issued 8 copies of periodicals for socially vulnerable segments of the population, including 2 large families, in the amount of KZT 28,036.
By the New Year, the administration of ES Global Agro LLP, represented by Director M.P. Skornyakov, presented sweet gifts to all children, and also provided sponsorship (animators) in holding an event for elementary school children. 2 large families were presented with sweet gifts from the Amanat party. Also on December 25, 2023, 3 children from the district took part in the New Year tree of the akim of the Gabit Musrepov district, including 1 child from a low-income family (Marushkina L.I.), 1 child from a large family (Akpanova K.A.). Tablets and sweet gifts were presented to the children.
