A commission has been set up at the school to monitor the quality of cooking, the receipt of raw products, the sanitary condition of the food hall, the dining room, the work of the cook and assistant, and there have been no complaints about catering.
According to the "Road to School" campaign, financial assistance was provided in the amount of 148,700 tenge. 11 families are covered.

As part of the overhaul in 2021, sanitary facilities were repaired - replacement of windows, doors, internal construction work (roughing and finishing walls and ceilings, painting with a water-based emulsion solution), laying tiles on the wall and floor. Plumbing has been installed for girls and boys: 4 toilets, 2 sinks, sewer pipes have been replaced. Plastic booths were installed in the amount of 4 pieces (boys – 2, girls – 2).

All students from grades 1 to 8 are covered with free hot meals in the dining room – a total of 16 children, free hot meals are organized by Es Global Agro LLP in the person of director M.P. Skornyakov.
Participation in the road to school campaign: Assistance was provided to 3 families, in the amount of 30 thousand tenge.
The year of construction was 1967, there was no major repairs, only cosmetic (current) at the expense of Es Global Agro LLP and the education department. A warm toilet was built in 2022 by Es Global Agro LLP in the amount of 1 million tenge. No repairs are required.
Drinking and technical imported water, the owner is EsGlobalAgro LLP.
The condition of the boiler room at the school: satisfactory, boiler room, 69 tons of coal, repair is not required. The temperature regime in the classrooms is 22 degrees. The presence of cameras is 5 pieces, the same number is installed, 3 external, 2 internal.
Preschool: a mini-center at a part-time school.

Paramedic-obstetric center in the village of Birlik: senior doctor- Bazarbayev Maksut Meirzhanovich, paramedic - Kuzlo N.V., nurse - Reut A.V., 652 people were attached, D registration for AH – 50 people, SD – 16 people, oncology – 10 people. There are no problems with housing, the working car is UAZ state number 936, release date 2019, the condition is satisfactory. In 2024, it is planned to build a FAP in the village of Birlik, by the decision of the akim of the Birlik rural district No. 04 dated February 20, 2023, a land plot of 0.4 hectares along Kirov Street was allocated.
Medical center in the village of Starobilka: senior doctor- Bazarbayev Maksut Meirzhanovich, paramedic – Nurushev S.A., nurse – Perzhu N.P. Registered with CVD – 18 people. Working machine (shared with FAP S.Birlik).
The office building of ES Global Agro LLP was built in 1980.
