The akim of the rural district, together with specialists of the akim's office, district police inspector Captain Afanasenko S.S., conducts conversations with shop owners and sellers about preventing the sale of alcoholic beverages at an unspecified time, IP "Akpanova K.O.", IP "Yaroshenko N.N." - in the village of Birlik, and IP "Gromova N.L..", IP Rusakov S.A. - in the village of Starobilka. Memos with explanations about the consequences of such misconduct and types of responsibility were handed over.
6. The akim of the rural district, together with the district police inspector, in order to prevent the commission of crimes, conducts raids, preventive measures to exclude the commission of crimes with persons registered and in the "risk group".
7. In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Prevention of Offenses", the akim of the rural district carries out high-quality work on the prevention of offenses: raids, preventive talks on the prevention of offenses are carried out on a regular basis, the work of the recreation center, ice court, sports sections are organized, we assist in trips to sports and artistic events.
