CONSTRUCTION OF THE AIRPORT IS UNDERWAY

A foundation of a new terminal of the airport is has been laid, work on leveling the ground and installing a seismic plate has been completed. Work is also underway to install the frame and columns of the building. The area of the new passenger terminal is 35,000 square meters, with a capacity of 2,000 passengers per hour, and a telescopic 4-way ramp. Construction work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020. In addition, the project provides for an improvement of Parking lot with a capacity of 495 vehicles.
