"Considering the fact that the volume of investments in the city's fixed capital amounted to 195 billion tenge in 2019, the projects in the construction of residential complexes alone will make a significant contribution to the growth of this indicator. Therefore, until 2024, it is planned to put into operation about 700 thousand square meters of housing only at the expense of SEC projects, " B. Kankin said.
As the Chairman noted, social projects are on the list of priority areas of the Corporation. According to him, this year, 9 schools for 8700 places and 6 clinics are under construction, which will provide medical care to 181 thousand residents of the city.
