NINE SHYMKENT POLICE OFFICERS HAVE RECEIVED AWARDS
On the eve of the 75th anniversary of the Victory, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police Lieutenant General Yerlan Turgumbayev solemnly awarded 47 distinguished police officers from the country's regions via videoconferencing.
At a solemn ceremony, nine employees were awarded with the participation of the head of police Department of Shymkent Eraly Zhumakhanbetov.
They were awarded medals for their contribution to law enforcement:
- police captain of the Karatau SP Yesenkulov Medet, who on March 16 prevented a suicide and saved a resident when trying to jump down from the ninth floor;
- employees of Enbekshi SP: majors of police Mayrikhov Dauren, Sagynbayev Birzhan, Abubakirov Daulet, senior Lieutenant of police Abubakirov Zhanibek for the prevention of a suicide (on March 26, they saved a minor girl, pulling her out of the railway rails);
- police captain of the Karatau SP Yesenkulov Medet, who on March 16 prevented a suicide and saved a resident when trying to jump down from the ninth floor;
- employees of Enbekshi SP: majors of police Mayrikhov Dauren, Sagynbayev Birzhan, Abubakirov Daulet, senior Lieutenant of police Abubakirov Zhanibek for the prevention of a suicide (on March 26, they saved a minor girl, pulling her out of the railway rails);
- senior police Lieutenant of Karatau SP Bulat Askhat, who was hit by a car while performing law enforcement duties at an internal roadblock;
- employees of Abay SP: police captain Abdrakhmanov Muzafar and police Lieutenant Yrysbekov Bymendy, who saved residents from an attack by an aggressive dog, as a result of which one employee was injured.
In addition, a letter of thanks was awarded to police Lieutenant Chumanov Askar, who helped prevent a suicide attempt on March 16, when a resident of the city tried to jump down from the ninth floor.
