10 SUBSURFACE USERS INSTALLED CONTROL AND MEASURING DEVICES
There are currently 17 subsoil users operating in the city of Shymkent, extracting common minerals. The Head of the City Directorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Management reported on progress in this area.
To date, cases on the forced collection of debts of 13 subsoil users who have not fulfilled their contractual obligations, who have not made social payments, have been sent to the court of the cities of Shymkent and Nur-Sultan, and decisions have been made.
In order to install control and measuring devices (scales) on the territory of the quarry and stone-cutting machines, a meeting was held with the subsoil users of Shymkent city, at which warning letters were presented. As a result, 10 subsurface users installed control and measuring devices.
It also oversees the restoration work of the territories of subsoil users whose contracts were terminated.
