In Shymkent, the construction of the continuation of Konayev Avenue is underway. This object consists of 7 sections with a total length of 18.1 km. The total cost is 36 billion tenge.
Shymkent city mayor Murat Aitenov got acquainted with the progress of work on the II III V stages of the construction of the object.
According to the II stage of construction for 2021, 5.3 billion tenge is provided, to date, a public procurement competition is being held. The total cost of the facility is 5.4 billion tenge, the length is 1.7 km.
After visiting the construction sites, the city mayor gave a number of instructions to the responsible specialists.
- This is a very important project. The work is also large-scale. Now it is necessary to return the land plots for state needs as soon as possible and to create an opportunity for the operation of large equipment. In order for the work to be intensive, once every two weeks I will visit the facility and check the work progress. On the construction of a strategically important object, it is necessary to increase the pace of work without losing a day, " the city mayor stressed.
Murat Duysenbekovich also instructed the head of the city directorate of passenger transport and highways to develop measures to speed up work and create all conditions in this direction.
At the second stage, 89 land plots must be withdrawn for state needs. Of these, 16 have been returned to date. For 41 objects, the owners are offered compensation, 32 objects are estimated (about 1.7 billion tenge).
It is worth noting that in 2021, 10.3 billion tenge is provided for the construction of the continuation of Konayev Avenue. During these periods, there is a need to withdraw 360 land plots for state needs.
