3402 LAND PLOTS WILL BE RETURNED FOR STATE NEEDS THIS YEAR
This year, I,II,III, V stages of construction of the continuation of Konayev Avenue will be completed in Shymkent. In this regard, work is underway to return the land plots located close to the road for state needs.
In general, work is underway to return 48 objects to state needs. In this direction, in 2021, it is planned to return 3402 land plots for state needs.
The owners of the land plot purchased for state needs will not be affected. After all, the funds are paid to them at market prices. According to the responsible specialists, the assessment will take into account the materials used in construction and manual labor, the fruit tree in the yard, etc.
It should be noted that last year the city mayor's office allocated 3.7 billion tenge for the purchase of land plots subject to withdrawal for state needs. With these funds, 443 land plots were purchased. In particular, last year, 1.5 hectares of land in the Abay district, 32 hectares in the Al-Farabi district, and 45.7 hectares in the Karatau district were returned to state ownership.
In 2021, it is planned to build social facilities, main and internal engineering networks on the acquired land plot. To date, there are no people who disagree with the price offered by the authorities and have filed a lawsuit in court.
