SHYMKENT WILL PRODUCE CARPET STRIPS "PRINT"
On the eve of Independence Day, 5 production facilities were launched in Shymkent. One of them is the factory for the production of printed carpets and carpet strips "Bal decor" next to the carpet factory Bal textile. The difference between these carpets is that they are woven in a modern style. That is, it does not slip on the floor and can be washed in the washing machine. Carpets "print" are mnufactured with a special design, by applying any image to the carpet.
The plant is equipped with equipment from Turkey, raw materials are also imported from this country.
The project cost is 120 million tenge. The production capacity is 400 thousand square meters of carpets per year. The company employs 20 people. All products are intended for supply to the domestic market.
According to the head of the company Oguz Durru, in the future it is planned to increase production and export to Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan.
- In Kazakhstan, all conditions are created for doing business and producing new products. The processing of customs payments and documents has been simplified. The city mayor's office has helped allocate 1.5 hectares of land in the economic zone. Construction will begin in the spring. After completion of the construction of our plant we will start the second and third stages of production. So from carpet waste we plan to produce cushions and blankets, said the entrepreneur.
In the future, when the construction of a private factory is completed, all the raw materials for carpets will be produced in the city. Carpets of the new enterprise will enter the market from the new year.
