Fighting against corruption is becoming one of the most important issues of state policy. For the future of the country, it is necessary to actively fight corruption and eliminate it. This is uncharacteristic of humanity. It is undeniable that this hinders the country's development and rapid economic growth. There are still enough negative actions that threaten the state, such as public procurement, illegal transfer of land, theft of public funds. The purpose of the Anti-Corruption strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 is to promote anti-corruption policy, to form an anti-corruption culture, education and upbringing among the population. In General, corruption has a negative impact on the functioning of state bodies, undermines reputation, refutes legal principles, and encourages violations of constitutional rights and legitimate interests of citizens. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On fighting against corruption", all state bodies and officials holding positions must fight corruption. According to the law, the number of civil servants, including officials who have committed illegal acts or are detained for paying or receiving a bribe are not reduced. There are many reasons for committing corruption crimes and offenses by public servants. Probably, it is primarily due to the low level of education and morality of employees. A public official should be refrained actions that defame his reputation. Sometimes the negligence of civil servants to offenses, lack of professional ethics, and personal care negatively affect the reduction of the level of bribery. However, I believe that these difficulties are insignificant in the face of the heroism of our ancestors. Our ancestors fought for their native land, for the future generation. And we must fight for corruption. We must save our generation from corruption and give the future a bright life without corruption. Only honest work is safe. It is obvious that life is meaningful, service and prestige are high only when you are not interested in bribes and money.
As stated in the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan d.d September 2, 2019 "Constructive public dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan", the comprehensive fight against corruption is not off the agenda. It is necessary to clearly define the responsibility of the first head of the institution where the crime of corruption was committed in terms of legislation and regulations. As noted in this Address, the fight against corruption is relevant today.
Therefore, it is obvious that state bodies’ actively fighting against corruption and the reorientation of public services to an electronic format can prevent the corruption. In accordance with The President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan, one of the main tasks of all citizens is to combat corruption.
