In accordance with Order No. 251-NҚ of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2025, the algorithm for implementing the pilot project on the placement of the Unified State Order for Additional Education for Children (creative and sports orders, and orders for additional education) has been approved.
Pursuant to this order, Resolution No. 3448 of the Akim of Shymkent city dated June 19, 2025, has also been approved.
To ensure integration into the Unified State Order (USO), we inform you that registration of service providers and the children's contingent in the information system managed by the Shymkent City Department of Education must be completed by 18:00 on July 22, 2025.
We also inform you that, starting from July, payments for the financing of creative clubs will be processed through the new information system.
In this regard, the Shymkent City Department of Education has been designated as the operator responsible for the execution of the Unified State Order. To facilitate the implementation, the temporary procedure for the use of the E-ORDA and MINDAL application-based information systems, under the jurisdiction of the Shymkent Department of Education, has been approved by the department's internal order.

ANNIVERSARY EVENTS DEDICATED TO THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF HANBIBI YESENKARAKYZY, HONORED WORKER OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN, WINNER OF THE INTERNATIONAL LITERARY AWARD "ALASH", THE ORDERS "BARYS" AND "PARASAT" WERE HELD
Shymkent hosted a number of cultural and scientific events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the holder of the orders "Barys" and "Parasat", the international literary award "Alash", the poet Hanbibi Yesenkarakyzy. An expanded meeting of the Board of the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archives of the city was held in Shymkent today. At the meeting, the head of the department, Bauyrzhan Orintayev, summed up the results of the work for 10 months of 2024. During the meeting, the most important issues and projects in the field of culture were considered.
Special attention was paid to the construction of new buildings for the Theater of Humor and Satire and the Opera and Ballet Theater, the relocation of the Center of Traditions to the Turkestan Palace, the support of craftsmen, as well as the creation of a brass orchestra. In addition, the issues of nominating candidates for state awards, increasing the salaries of cultural workers and other issues related to the activities of cultural institutions were discussed.

Summing up the meeting, Deputy Akim of Shymkent Sarsen Abayuly expressed his comments on the work of the head of the department and set a number of tasks aimed at developing the culture of the city. Among them are the preparation of specific projects to promote national arts, such as singing, playing the dombra and folk songs, organizing competitions in the genre of pop and vocal music, holding competitions "Silver Voice", "Silver Dombra", "Silver Kalam", as well as holding festivals of playwrights and competitions among artists.

The IX INTERNATIONAL THEATER FESTIVAL OF CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES has ENDED in SHYMKENT
. From November 6 to 11, a festival was held in Shymkent, which this year was timed to coincide with the 95th anniversary of the Shymkent City Academic Theater named after Zhumat Shanin. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the administration of Shymkent city. Theaters from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Karakalpakstan, Tatarstan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan took part in the festival, which presented 9 best performances for the competition.
During the festival, the jury carefully reviewed all 9 presented performances and carefully analyzed them. As a result, the theaters that demonstrated high professionalism were adequately appreciated.
