In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, based on information about documents stored in organizations that are sources of replenishment of the archive Fund of the Shymkent city state archive, a consolidated 3-year (for 2014-2016) passport of sources of replenishment was developed. The consolidated passport contains information about 367 organizations, of which 318 are state – owned and 49 are non – state-owned. In connection with the amendments and additions made to the List of typical documents produced in activities of state and non-state organizations, indicating the shelf life, approved by order of the acting Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 29, 2017 No. 263, 6-7 February 2019 organized and conducted 2 of the seminar-meeting with participation of the clerks and employees of the departmental archives of the organizations-sources of replenishment, a total of about 150 people. During the reporting period, a total of 10949 items were accepted for state storage, including: 991-documents of permanent storage, 9348-by personnel, and 10-documents of personal origin. Documents were assigned 368-381 Fund numbers, and topographic maps were filled in. In order to improve the quality of public services provided to the population, a round table was held on February 26, 2019 together with employees of the Shymkent city state archive and employees of public service Centers. During the conversation, they discussed problematic issues and adopted common approaches to ensure the availability and provision of public services in accordance with the requirements of the standard. Along with this, on June 18-21 of the reporting year, training seminars were held in 7 departments of the population service Center to explain changes in the standards of public services in the field of archives, made by the order of the Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 133 of may 13, 2019. During 2019, 7756 requests of a social and legal nature were received, of which 2849 were satisfied, 4794 were not satisfied due to the fact that the requested information was not received for storage in the state archive, and 51 requests are under execution. All received requests were executed within the time limits established by law.  5 September in the framework of celebration of Day of languages of people of Kazakhstan, with participation of students of the city College No. 4 held an event on the topic "Latin Leben history archive Catarina". On the basis of archival documents, an exhibition on this subject was held. During the reporting period, 4 meetings of the expert verification Commission of the Shymkent city akimat were held. 106 nomenclatures of cases, 38 inventories of documents of permanent storage and documents on personnel, as well as acts for the destruction of documents and cases were submitted for consideration by the Commission.
