Automation of technical and professional education organizations

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 3 of section IV of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2018, in 2019, it was instructed to translate 80% of public services into electronic format. In this regard, the akimat of Shymkent city planned to automate the list of socially demanded services in 2019.

According to the plan, it is planned to automate the formation and distribution of grants in technical and professional education organizations, receive documents, implement an electronic journal, manage the loading of teachers and the classroom Fund.

The project provides for the formation and distribution of grants in organizations of technical and professional education, automation of document acceptance, introduction of an electronic journal, Management of teachers and the classroom Fund in electronic form.

Today on the portal college.snation.kz 8 public services have been automated.

Providing acceptance of documents in organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education, providing dormitories for students in organizations of technical and professional education, providing grants to organizations of technical and professional education in electronic form

Education

8 public services have been automated:

1) acceptance of documents in the organization of technical and professional, post-secondary education;
2) Issue of duplicate documents on technical and professional education;
3) provision of dormitories for students in technical and vocational education organizations;
4) issuing a certificate to persons who have not completed technical and professional, post-secondary education;
5) transfer and restoration of students in educational institutions that implement educational programs of technical and professional, post-secondary education;;
6) providing free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as to persons who are under the care (guardianship) and patronage, pupils and students in organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary and higher education;
7) Acceptance of documents for the competition for placement of the state educational order for training of personnel with technical, professional and post-secondary education;
8) granting academic leave to students in educational institutions.
