Project and technical Department takes part in implementation of state policy in the sphere of development of the construction industry, organizes and supervises the timely development proyektno-budget documentation of objects under construction in the region, preparing technical specifications for public tenders, project estimates, preparing documents for the public procurement supervision, organizes and conducts the acceptance of completed construction projects from contractors.
