Participates in planning the work of the Department for the current and upcoming periods, also participates in the development of projects of budget programs of the Department related to the industry and performing appropriate work on their implementation. Participate in the development and monitoring of progress and approval of budget programs management in accordance with the established order, control over its execution, participation in realization of state policy of development of housing construction, the responsibility of the management, organization of work on realization of state programs of development of housing construction.
