If necessary, at the request of local Executive bodies, the person carrying out construction equips the construction site that opens on the city territory with points for cleaning or washing the wheels of vehicles at exits, as well as devices or bins for garbage collection, and on linear objects - in the places specified by local Executive bodies.
If necessary, temporary use of certain areas not included in the construction site for construction does not pose a danger to people and the environment, the mode of use, security (if necessary) and cleaning of these territories is determined by agreement with the owners of these areas (public areas - with local authorities).
The construction person shall protect the construction site and hazardous work areas outside of it before any work begins in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
At the entrance to the Playground should be installed information boards indicating the name of the object, the name of the Builder (customer), contractor (subcontractor, General contractor), the names, positions and phone numbers of a responsible foreman on the project and representative of the authority of architecture and construction and supervision or the local Executive body, supervising the construction, timing began and the end of construction works of the object schema.
The name and phone number of the contractor is also applied to the boards of inventory fences of work sites outside the construction site, mobile buildings and structures, large-sized equipment elements, cable drums, etc.
If the operation of existing buildings and structures left on the construction site is stopped, the developer takes measures that exclude harm to the population and the environment (communications are disabled, existing containers are emptied, dangerous or toxic substances are removed, etc.).
The person carrying out construction takes measures to prevent unauthorized access to the construction site by random people and animals.
