Takes part in inspections of the activities of local Executive bodies for architecture, urban planning and construction.

Implementation of state architectural and construction control and supervision over the quality of construction of objects, application of administrative measures established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses to violators of architectural and urban planning discipline on these objects.
