The main functions of the direction "Implementation of the state policy in the sphere of management of communal property of the city":

• organization of work on implementation of privatization of urban communal property;
• organization of work on provision of municipal communal property in property hiring (lease) to natural persons and non-state legal entities;
• organization of works on transfer of urban communal property to trust management of natural persons and non-state legal entities without the right of subsequent ransom, with the right of subsequent ransom or with the right of subsequent transfer to ownership of small business entities on a free basis;
• considers and agrees to the creation, reorganization and liquidation of municipal legal entities of the city of Shymkent, as well as to participate in joint-stock companies and limited liability partnerships, their creation, reorganization, liquidation, disposal of shares of joint-stock companies owned by them, participation in the authorized capital of limited liability partnerships;
• organization of work on the transfer of communal property assigned to state legal entities from one type of state property to another and to the level of communal property of the district, the city of regional importance;
• implementation of the analysis of financial and economic activity of the state enterprises on the right of economic maintaining, joint-stock companies and limited liability companies, the equity stakes (shares in authorized capital) which belong to akimat of the city of Shymkent;
• organization of works on submission to the register of state property of reports of municipal legal entities, joint-stock companies and limited liability associations, the controlling stake (share in the authorized capital) of which belongs to the Governor 's Office of the city of Shymkent.
